No Refunds:
All ticket sales for Dorpie Dans are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it is non-refundable. Please make sure to double-check your order before finalizing your purchase.
Event Cancellation or Postponement:
In the unlikely event that Dorpie Dans is canceled or postponed, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible. In the case of a cancellation, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund or credit toward a future event, at the discretion of the event organizers. If the event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, please contact us within 5 days to discuss your options.
Ticket Transfers:
While tickets are non-refundable, they are transferable. If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact our support team at support@dorpiedans.co.za, however, you may not resell any event tickets through means of social media or in-person sales.
